[Streamer] TwitchPlaysPokemon: still working on the overlay rewrite, it's coming along nicely, it will support up to 6v6 matches as well as asymmetrical teams

[Streamer] TwitchPlaysPokemon: the new overlay will be written using React.JS which will make development much faster and recovery from browser crashes almost unnoticible (maybe a flicker)
